Using and sharing materials from my blogs and web sites
Unless otherwise noted, all of the materials on my blogs and web sites, from my classes and presentations, etc. are licensed under a Creative Commons attribution-share alike license. That means not only that you are welcome to share and/or remix the content but that you are encouraged to do so! All I ask is that you properly credit me for my content and that you not place any greater copyright restrictions than I have on the content that utilizes my material. If appropriate, including the URL of Dangerously Irrelevant in your content would be most appreciated.
When appropriate, please also credit the various external sources and authors that are referenced in my materials. Note that when you leave a comment on one of my blogs or web sites, you are agreeing that your comment also falls under the terms of this Creative Commons license.
Using, recording, and sharing materials from my presentations
You have both blanket permission and encouragement to record my presentations and share the materials from my workshops, presentations, and/or accompanying web sites. If you post any recordings of me online, I request that you do so publicly (i.e., not in a members-only area) and that I receive the link so that I may share with others.
